Wowsers, what a great dealership
From the time I stepped foot in the building it was a great experience from receptionist to the salesman (John) to the signing of the papers with Rachel what a sales manager . I would recommend this dealership to anybody and everybody. I feel like we made new friends. Thanks guys for the great experience.

Terrible experience!!
Purchased a new 2019 MDX, once I got home noticed the car had a noticeable ding. Called, emailed and texted my sales person Kira. NO response... Left messages and emails at the dealer No response... Finally after stressing the weekend I reached the finance manager.. Brought the car in to have the ding fixed.. Service from Matt was good.. So I thought.. I heard from Matt the next day (Thursday) then... You guessed it.. Nothing... I waited patiently over the weekend AGAIN and nothing... Tuesday I call and ask what's going on.. He says the car will be done the next day... You guessed it... Nothing from him either... If expect service..DO NOT EXIST YOUR TIME HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. FIRST NEW CAR EVER EXPERIENCE... RUINED!

Another success purchase
This was our third vehicle purchase from Jody Wilkinson and it was a great experience. Our car search really intensified on the last day at the Car Show in Sandy. When we visited the Acura booth, we were pleasantly greeted by John and he gave us a tremendous amount of information and he applied zero pressure to us as we picked his brain about the new RDX (we were replacing a 2005 MDX). A few weeks later I called John and set an appointment to preview the RDX at the lot and when I visited with John at Jody Wilkinson Acura, he again applied zero pressure and he made me feel 100% comfortable with my decision. My wife was pleasantly surprised when she returned home from a soccer trip with our youngest and found out she has a new car. In the past 3 1/2 weeks that we've owned the car, I have had the opportunity to drive the RDX 4 times...I can't keep her out of it because she loves it so much. Thank you John for a fantastic experience and for Jody Wilkinson Acura for providing another excellent buying experience.

Very impressed with the organization and customer care
I have quite a bit of experience in buying cars, and I honestly have to say that Jody Wilkinson Acura is a lot more like a small dealership experience than a large one. This is a good thing. The people, the managers, the processes are so low pressure that you don't feel rushed in making decision. Everyone is personable and surprisingly knowledgeable about their vehicles. Additionally, and this should be granted - many times it's not, I know they invest in ensuring their used car inventory is in good conditions. Overall this was a pleasant buying experience.

Purchased new RDX
Beginning to end, probably the best car dealership I have ever worked with! From Spenser Borg on the phone getting everything prepared for us as we drove in from Boise to SLC, to Matt Rice patiently spending the whole morning with us trying out different RDX's going over all the different packages for us, to wrapping up with Jamie McMillan the sales manager who was so outstanding, the entire crew was so friendly, so easy to work with, absolutely OUTSTANDING. Made the entire experience so easy and painless. Thank you!
