The Best

Friendly, courteous staff and service. Went out of their way to help me when my old car was totaled and needed fast, quick service. Couldn't ask for better service. Looking forward to working with them over the coming years.

Buying new RDX so friend could buy my 16" RDX

Dislike buying new car - so friend stepped in to help. From my viewpoint everything went smoothly because I showed up when it was time to write the check. My friend dealt with the details - comparing and contrasting between Acura dealerships in Boise, Mike Hale and Wilkinson.

We had a wonderful experience.

Kira was very professional and courteous. It took us months to find the car we were looking for and Kira was there to help every step of the way.

Best Serivce Around

Jody Wilkinson is always prompt, honest and does a great job. We drive 4 hours to get our service here. All the staff are polite and helpful. We love the Jody Wilkinson experience. Matt was so helpful to get us in and out quick.

Professional, Competent, Friendly

Andy helped me purchase a used car from this dealership. I’ve purchased many cars from dealerships in my life (both new and used). Working with Andy was by far my best experience yet. He was very competent and proactively sought to understand my interests and wants. He communicated well with me throughout the process. I never once felt any “sales pressure.” It was a very friendly, easy, and quality experience. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Got what I asked for and wasn't up-sold.

I bought a car from them last year that was totaled out 7 months later. I honestly couldn't think of getting anything else and bought the same car the next year. Both experiences were swift and pleasant. Had no buyers remorse from either purchase.

Great car buying experience

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Jody Wilkinson Acura and once again it proved to be a great experience. Other times I have purchased vehicles I have come away from the experience with a negative feeling and even buyer's remorse later dealing with service etc. Not with Jody Wilkinson Acura, both Olivia and Julia were fabulous in understanding what I needed in replacing the MDX that I had originally purchased from Olivia. Since the purchase the followup has been amazing to make sure my expectations and those of my Wife's have been met with our new RDX. I highly recommend Jody Wilkinson Acura every experience I have had be it the sales team, Service or Finance has been first rate.

Very easy to deal with and very helpfull

I called Jody Wilkinson Acura and talked to Jamie McMillian since I know her and told here our situation of our accident and ask her to find us another Acura RDX and she came through finding us one. They held it for us till we could get there and Jamie had us work with Matt and he was great at getting the paper work done and getting us out of there. Thanks to all that helped us.

Great Experience!

My wife and I test several SUV's at multiple car dealerships, but we agreed the Acura RDX was the nicest vehicle based upon ride, look, options, and price when compared to similar luxury SUV's. We looked at reviews online between Jody Wilkinson and Mike Hale and decided we'd try Jody Wilkinson. We felt like the staff was easy to talk with, attentive, and not pushy at all while still being available when we had questions. Overall we had a great experience and the salesman (John Ericksen) was very easy to work with.
