A bit corporate, but it is a dealership after all
I like the car and the free hot chocolate. The location, waiting area, garage, and overall experience is bit corporate, but it is a dealership after all. Since it is a dealership, there's not going to be that easy relationship with the mechanic that you get at a smaller, less corporate garage, but that's an understandably necessary part of running a garage like this. A pretty satisfactory experience overall.

Extremely accommodating, not pressuring. No fancy sales tricks or high pressure sales tactics. No surprises. No bait & switch. Derek went out of his way to show me everything about the car - even paired my phone to the radio. Came in on his day off to let me test drive it.
