Paint peeling problem
I bought several cars from Robbins Nissan. In fact, I just bought another 2020 nissan rogue, had good repore with salesman. But, after having my older 2012 nissan for one year brand new, the paint just started peeling. I thought it was normal until it kept peeling more and more all over. I hope the 2020 Rogue paint wont peel. The thing is, I always kept my 2012 inside my garage from day 1. So, why was it peeling? I went on the problem with paint peeling website for Nissans, saw many people had the same issues. Weak paint job from the mfr. If this 2020 nissan starts peeling, I will never buy another nissan again, because I had many cars and nothing like this has happened before with any of my other cars I've owned. Hands down Robbins Nissan!

I purchased a 2023 Frontier on July 2 and Was told by multiple people there that if I were to take the truck now NOTHING Would be added to the total price of the vehicle for 45 days.....Less than 30 days and they're wanting to charge me $459!! Don’t listen to a word they tell you!

Horrible service
Horrible service, Keith is so rude, the girl at the front desk is very ride no customer service at all, Keith is Loud and He was upset, I was asking when did they oil change go up he was very rude ... So, worst experience, I didnt get this horrible service when Eric was there..

False Promises, Unprofessional, Rude & Shady - Avoid this
False Promises, Unprofessional, Rude & Shady - Avoid this dealer, by all means. I walked off from the showroom, realizing there was no point speaking and wasting time with a business that doesn't accept their fault and had the courage or courtesy to address the concern caused by them. False Promises - I spoke(09-Jun) with April to check the availability of a car that was listed for purchase. I also told her that I need to travel 50 miles and so to ensure it was available for a test drive and she asked me to come over and confirmed that the car is available. I reached their place within 2-3 hours of speaking with her and to my surprise, I came to know the car was sold already, and told me that the system was not updated for accuracy. Unprofessional & Rude - Hoping to raise the concern, I spoke with the sales manager Mark Eaton. He was unprofessional and lacked the attitude to accept the mistake and address the concern. As I was walking out of the showroom, the sales persons inside were laughing, looks like it is their etiquette to treat customers like that, how courteous... Shady Business - As I am writing this review I see the car is still listed for purchase.

The worst service and customer treatment. I tried to talk to a manager and he hung up the phone several times. Unprofessional, their sellers lie to you to get information from you and run your credit without your consent.

I just brought. 2021 Nissan kicks from Robson Nissan in Humble. April Torres was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Also Debra H was a superior sale person. I will only deal with April or Debra Need a car. Go see them. These 2 ladies are superhero in my book. Thank you so much

I purchased a vehicle in March I have taken it 2 times for a front end noise and the brakes squealing to be told the brakes squeal because they are new, I'm no mechanic but If I purchased a brand new vehicle with brand new brakes, it wouldn't be squealing as I left the parking lot! I was told by Zack and the manager they both drove the car but I know better! They lied! When I left the car I checked the milage to make sure I knew if someone checked the car, and when I returned to pick it up the car still had the 90 miles till empty I left it with! It has been almost 2 months since I purchased the car and the brakes still squeal and the wheel bearing, strut whatever is wrong with front end is still making noise. No one has called to see or check how my customer service was there and I didn't expect them to they got their money and thats all that matters! I will recommend no one EVER go there!!!
Bad dealership
The salesman (Al) was great. He did everything he could to help me find a car in my budget. I was also what was suppose to be a certified used car. The finance officer said that it only covered the drive train and talked me into buying a bumper to bumper policy. 10 days after I bought the car it had wheel bearing problems. I called the dealer. Salesperson was off that day. The manager sent me to the used car manager, who told me to call the service man, who told me I would have to bring the car in and leave it for two days. No loaner, no rental or anything. I checked with another Nissan repair shop who got it in the same day and fixed it. Only problem was getting the inspection report from Robbins. It still cost me two hundred dollars to get it fixed as they had to use the bumper to bumper warranty. I bought a certified car so that I wouldn't have problems. I would not go to this dealership again.
