I initially contacted Robbins Chevy (Parke - Internet sales manager) by Internet followed by phone/text/e-mail conversations/info. Parker said that this... would be the best car buying experience - it was! I flew to Houston from New Orleans where Parker was waiting to drive me to the dealership. Everything was as advertised with paperwork ready. The sale was completed and I was in my newly purchased car and on the road back to N.O. In less than an hour. I had spent the last few weeks searching for a car to replace my recently totaled one - best deal within a 500 miles search. I'm 56 and have purchased many cars - many VERY unpleasant (saying the least) experiences. Not this one! Ask for Parker - he's the man!

Had oil changed tried to sell everyone in there all the filters that did not need replaced. Then did not bother putting the cabin filter back in correctly... and just threw the air filter back in and didn?t even try to put it back together.

Came in to match an ad price in which they were $500 off but worked it down to just $200 but then they tried to tack on delivery charge and all kinds of... extra fees until called out on it and I threatened to leave.

Wanted to follow up on our issue on the 2018 Colorado. When I spoke with the Service Manager (Geoff Ondrus) yesterday, he was agitated that I questioned... his position "that there was nobody to call to question the status of our warranty". And, that he wouldn't call the Regional Rep for GM Warranty while I was in his Office. He also stated the he had called once and wasn't going to bother him again with my problem. . He could not explain the process of how GM would correct our warranty or how long the process would take. He did not seem interested in helping me understand the process at all. His unwillingness to pursue an answer to my question did not make me feel more satisfied with Robbins Service Department, quite the opposite. Not sure why they have the word "Service" in their title. So, I left a message for the GSM of the Dealership and he called me that same evening to discuss our problem. He met with the Service Dept. and was able to inform me that General Motors does not review title issues on a daily basis and that they actually only do it once a month. I'll bet the day they saw an issue on our title they voided the warranty same day. Nobody from Chevrolet reached out to inform us of the problem when it happened and now they might take up to another month to reinstate our warranty after we have submitted the corrected paperwork. Not sure why a multi-billion dollar company like Chevrolet cannot process these faster, I know our purchase paperwork went through in hours... So, our new Chevrolet Colorado will sit, costing our company revenue and the expense of a rental since our warranty is not in effect. And we have not even started the process of the repair, so we still don't have any idea as to when our new Chevy Colorado will be available for work.
