I was overcharged for services performed.

I was overcharged for services performed. The manager I attempted to speak with was not knowledgeable about the work performed and was irritated that I was asking questions about what I was charged for. Horrible service and I want a different manager to call me to discuss.

Our vehicle had a recall and Robbins was very helpful and was able to take care of everything. They were able to put me in a loaner and sent me messages regarding the status of my vehicle.

Just got my 2021 1500 4WD Silverado back from Robbins.

Just got my 2021 1500 4WD Silverado back from Robbins. They replaced the leaking sunroof, rear sliding window motor, transmission torque converter and fixed a clunk in the left front wheel. My Rep Alex Fierro is the best. He kept me updated through the entire repair and even got me a loaner paid for by Chevrolet. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great service from service department.

Great service from service department. Alex Fierro was my service advisor. Truck was done in less than 24 hours, and that’s after dropping it off without a scheduled appointment.
