I had an appointment but when I walked into the service department the service writers were rude, unfriendly, seemed stressed, etc. I always deal with James Bond at the Honda dealership and he is awesome. I was surprised to observe such a difference in customer service at Toyota, as it was my first visit there. I was happy to find your service manager, Grady....he is awesome and was very helpful and apologetic for the treatment I encountered with his employees. He will take care of the problem.

Stephen Wade Toyota provides excellent service. I was able to have my car serviced and tires rotated in about an hour. I was also able to make an appointment for this service within a couple of days of my initial phone call.

Tacoma serviced
Brought my Tacoma in for the 25K service . They noticed that I had a couple of recalls and took care of them at the same time. Great and efficient service done in a timely manner. Deron Johnson in the service department is great to work with.

Never Disappointed with Toyota
We are new residents to Utah from Michigan. We have had several Toyota vehicles and love the dependability . So a few weeks ago I went into Stephen Wade Toyota and Cory Wagner who is a salesman showed me the new Toyota Rav 4. I had a 2010 Rav 4 and loved it but I thought the new 2018 models were bigger than I wanted. Cory showed me that was not the case and we went for a test drive. I love all the safety features it has. Cory got me the best deal and a good trade in value of my other car. After the sale, Stephen Wade employees has called to make sure I'm enjoying my new car and that everything is fine. It's a nice feeling to know it's just not dollars & cents with Stephen Wade Toyota that customers come first and their service department is outstanding. Thanks everyone.

14 years and 3 Ravs later..
Just bought 3rd Rav for new safety features. Other 2 still in family, running great. All maintenance and purchases from this dealer. Great service, very friendly competent staff, good prices, clean waiting area. I drive 50 miles to this dealership and will continue to do so.

STEPHEN WADE TOYOTA SHINES - AGAIN!
Recently purchased a new Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium. My trade was an older, high mileage 4Runner. Both sales and finance reps went to great lengths to be sure I had *the* vehicle I wanted at an affordable price, including a comprehensive extended warranty. I've purchased four vehicles from Stephen Wade Toyota in the last 10 years. Need I say more? Nice lobby but made me wait
I came in for a routine service appointment oil change inspection tire rotation. The man that checked me in did not give me an estimate of how long it would take (this was my first time waiting for service). I had to ask where I was supposed to wait, he assumed I knew, and when he finished checking me in he points to another desk and says that man will take over now and come get me when it’s done. I sat and waited for an hour and watched people come and go. They had a very nice waiting area with complimentary drinks and vending machines, tv etc. I finally decide after another 10 min to go ask for an estimate of when it would be done. I can see my guy on the phone and my paperwork on top of his pile. So I go sit down. A few min later he comes away from his desk and walks passed me to check another man out. After another ten min, I walk up to the desk again and he is gone. I can see my car in between two other cars sitting in the checkout line and I wait for him to return. He asks if he can help me and I ask how much longer for my car to be done. He has no idea, I point out my paperwork and he says oh they must have put that on my desk while I was away. Give me a few minutes to do the paperwork and I’ll have it ready. A few min later I was sent on my way. I waited one and a half hours.... I just thought it wouldn’t take that long but if they had given me an estimate of time it would have helped.
