Dustin Gubler was just great in his service & all

Everything from check to check out were excellent. Dustin was excellent in his advice and service was superb. It was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend this dealer to anyone anytime.

Rattling Rav4

My Rav4 had a rattling engine noise that I knew had to be fixed. Turned out to be the water pump and had I not gone in that day I may have been stranded on the side of the road because it was going to fail at any moment. Thank you to the well experienced ear of Service Advisor Dennis, the problem was fixed. In addition, the service department did an general inspection and gave me recommendations of services that will need to be taken care of in the future. It was really great to drive away and not hear that noise and know my car had been well taken care of. My only "complaint" was the waiting area was out of coffee (it was late in the afternoon).

Sales person answered all my questions and was very patient. Very efficient and knowledgeable. No pressure. We had a good time there and Gerry answered all our questions Andy was also help full helping me to learn how to use the electronics stuff.

I was regretting having to shop for a new car. I walked into Steven Wade Toyota and came across Brian Gates, Internet Sales and Leasing. I told him I was looking for a new car. From that moment on Brian made the entire experience non-stressful, answering all my questions honestly, and did not play any car salesman games with me. Great place to buy a car

Took my Toyota Highlander in for an oil change and ended up purchasing a new Highlander Hybrid. Brian Haslam is great to work with. He is fair and honest and will help to get you the best deal. The dealership as a whole is great and everyone is friendly and professional.

The Service department was very unorganized.

The service man said that he would call me when the car was done. No call! I have had my car serviced at Toyota dealers in Texas, Idaho and Northern Utah and they are much more organized. They clean the windows and vacuum and wash your car.

Excellent care from Service department

Service department was extremely helpful and helped accommodate my last-minute request for service as I was driving through town. After another shop turned me away, Stephen Wade staff were very friendly and understanding and got my car right into the shop. During this visit I had a complaint about a specific part of the service (just a lone mistake by a single technician) and it was addressed on the spot, and service manager Grady personally followed up and resolved the issue. Outstanding service.
