Maintenance visit

I was in for an oil change and was helped by Steve Johnson. Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable and pointed out that my filters and wiper blades needed replacing. My wait time was minimal. Good visit. Larry Weese

a 6 month service check. excellent

Airbag replacement

The service was completed quickly and efficiently. I had an early appointment so the airbag replacement from the recall seemed to take hardly any time at all!

Car purchasing experience.

Working with Mark Sinagra was a very pleasurable experience. He is very knowledgeable of your product line and was able to answer all our questions. I expect the after sale process to also be satisfactory and helpful. Car buying is never fun. I believe we looked at most of the brands and mid-size SUVs on both sides of the freeway. Stephen Wade's full line of vehicles made it easier. Our biggest obstacle was finally deciding which vehicle to purchase -- the Mazda CX-9 Signature or the Honda CR-V EX-L Touring. The interior of the CX-9 Signature stood out from all the other brands. Randy King made the final process the most comfortable of all our past purchases. This is probably our last vehicle purchase, but if we need another vehicle we'll be back. Jerry & Ruth Fisher

Internet Sales

After talking to internet sales twice in the last couple of weeks, I finally found something that was actually on the lot. On two previous occasions, I set up an appointment with internet sales ((Tausha) and your sales department. Both times I arrived on time, only to find out the vehicles had gone to auction that morning. How hard is it to update a computer when vehicles are no longer available? Internet Sales= F minus.

Love Honda, this is my 4th new purchase, 2 from Wade

I was not disappointed. Large stock to choose from. No high pressure to buy, many to choose from. Car was ready for pickup at designated time.

Fast Service

Brought our Mazda in for a recall. Job was done in 30 minutes, faster than I expected. Personnel were very professional. There was no charge, and no attempt to upsell. Very pleased.

Great experience

Jayy was extremely helpful while helping us trade in our car and start a lease with a new one. He had a positive attitude the entire time and really made sure that we were taken care of. We will be back when this lease is up and look forward to another great experience.

Very professional and great to do business with.

A very pleasant experience and my service was completed quickly. The service staff was great and as I walked the sales lot, the sales staff was friendly and welcoming.
