Horrible body shop!

They do not know how to apply a clearcoat and will not honor "guarantee"

Didn't even get acknowledged

I walked onto the lot and managed to walk everything without being acknowledged by any of the approximately 10 associates who were sitting roughly 15 feet away from where I parked. That's not what I call taking care of the customers on your lot

On behalf of everyone at our dealership, I would like to apologize for the trouble you had experienced with us recently. This comes as a shock to me given the attention we devote to every client and every transaction. This is not at all usual and this incident will not pass un-scrutinized.

My Outstanding Experience

I bought my 2017 Ram 1500 on 3/31/2017... Sam DelBrocco was the most outstanding sales professional I ever came across. He was very kind and willing to help. I will never buy any vehicle from another salesperson... Brian Kelsven, was extremely well knowledgeable of all the electronics, all kinds of "bells and whistles", and did a phenomenal delivery of the truck to me. My Entire Experience was Awesome!!!, From my salesman "Sam DelBrocco" to the sales manager Rick Lipowski, to my Finance Officer "Steven" to Brian Kelsven - who explained me all the functions of the truck, to Pam the receptionist, all the way to the Owner - Don Luke -, whom I met in person and we chat for a while.... They all were an amazing team... Congrats to them.. Thank you all, _Milty M

Never going there again!

The sales guy Adam was not very friendly and wouldnt budge on the price, saying they were already offering the best price on a used car. I went down the street to courtesy chevrolet, got a newer car with less miles and it had never been in an accident for less than the one they were showing me. If you want an overpriced junk car and to be treated like you're stupid, then Bill Luke is the place to go!

Car buying made easy!

I purchased a 16 Malibu After finance Brian kelsven followed me it to my vehicle and went over all my electronics pairing my phone showing me my apple car play and also setting up my 90 days of FREE Onstar couldn't be happier

Great service

I reviewed other dealers for a 2017 dodge ram rebel edition and bill luke had the lowest prices of them all.. I was pre-approved before even walking in... Test drove the truck and was out after few hours. I love the truck
