Worst customer service I have ever witnessed.
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Called the parts department to find a part for my car. I was in the west valley at the time. The person that answered the phone, checked on my part told me they had it and took down my name as I told them I was on my way to get pick it up. I drove an hour across town just to be told the part was not there and it is actually on back order! The lazy parts team lied and couldn't even take the time to check on a part for a customer that called in. You can bet I will never be back, and I will tell everyone I can about this in hopes they will not go to this dealership either.

Disappointed
Bought a used jeep liberty almost 4 weeks ago and its already in the shop . Check engine light came on very next day and heater did not work . Picked up yesterday and again needs to go back because heater still does not work properly. Obviously the 120 point check they claim to do is not on lemons they sell and now we are stuck with the vehicle we have only driven twice since the purchase . Also they added new tint job on all the Windows which we didn't ask for and was added to our loan without giving us a heads up . By they way the the brand new 400 dollar tint has bubbles . We had other options for smaller dealers but we chose bill luke so that we could avoid things like this . Jokes on us I guess.

Zero effort in trying to sell
I was seriously interested in one of their vehicles. Tried to contact over a dozen times. First I got Denise who would respond once a day with generic answers. Then I got Chris who was a bit more responsive but both were not in a rush to sell the car at all. I don't appreciate pushy salesman but this is the polar opposite where their indifference lost a serious customer. I ended up purchasing another similar car from out of state but I totally would have gotten theirs, would they have answered my concerns and guided me through the process. Still waiting on Chris' response. Too little to late now.

Unprofessional staff
I had a horrible experience with Bill Luke Phoenix. The staff are unprofessional and only want to take your money at the earliest that they can! The only thing they care about is getting rid of their at the earliest they can. I started my car buying process early with them (on a car that was sitting on lot for 80 days) and midway through the process, when I was working on financing, they said that they sold the car to someone else. I had the down payment funds ready and did put a deposit on the car, not only they kept the car for me but they also decided to sell the car to someone else. if you're out-of-state, stay away from them, they have more "important costumers to take care of". they don't hold up to their promises at all. They sold the car I was working on for 10-days and didn't refund my deposit yet!
