Unprofessional staff

I had a horrible experience with Bill Luke Phoenix. The staff are unprofessional and only want to take your money at the earliest that they can! The only thing they care about is getting rid of their at the earliest they can. I started my car buying process early with them (on a car that was sitting on lot for 80 days) and midway through the process, when I was working on financing, they said that they sold the car to someone else. I had the down payment funds ready and did put a deposit on the car, not only they kept the car for me but they also decided to sell the car to someone else. if you're out-of-state, stay away from them, they have more "important costumers to take care of". they don't hold up to their promises at all. They sold the car I was working on for 10-days and didn't refund my deposit yet!

I read through some of the correspondence and did see that we told you in writing that the vehicle was still available for sale until we worked out all of the financial details. Excellent Customer Service

I have been using Luke’s diner for years. The food is fantastic and staff are always kind. I have a place in my heart for this dealership. I lost my Jeep Patriot, but I know what it feels like to own one. I knew I’d never drive outside of Jeep ever again. Once a Jeep owner, always a Jeep owner. Today, I felt as if I was treated like family as I discussed my situation. I will buy my next Jeep from Bill Luke on Camelback!!! 2 extremely kind people helped me today. Thank you again for your listening abilities. I left knowing they provided excellence in customer service.

Great Buying Experience for a used RAM 1500

Bill Luke Phoenix provided an exceptional experience for my purchase of a used 2021 RAM 1500 pickup. Justin S. was the salesman, Bryant B. provided the information to purchase a second key for the vehicle and Reece C. was the individual that I dealt with in the finance department. All of these individuals made my experience in purchasing a used pickup very easy and pleasant. I'd recommend working with this group of people, especially if they have the vehicle that you're looking for at this dealership. Between this group of people, all of my questions were answered at the time of purchase and even later when I called in with additional questions.

Car arrives way to slowly

I would not buy from them online. For me it took over 2 weeks to get my car delivered from AZ to NV. They did not answer the phone calls I made to them about why it was delayed. They never took accountability for the process taking so long.
