Joselo ("JLO") and Jorge in Mcallen,TX (1hour away from me) did a fabulous job with my car buying experiences. I bought the Jaguar 1st and got the Porshe as a loner as they were servicing and auto detaling JAG. Wife fell in love with Porshe. I called JLo And Jorge to see what we could do with financing. They worked the magic and i walked out with 2 luxury cars in 1 week!!! Process was quick, professional, and above and beyond. They are not an overnight operation so u can feel safe making a trip to seriously consider these luxury, well taken care of, low mileage vehicles. Found Range Rover on car.com and contact Mr.Tavo. He was professional and worked hard on the deal from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. I dealt with Tavo Calleja-Barrett at Barrett Auto Gallery. I was purchasing a higher end car sight unseen and Tavo went out of his way to get me video and photos of the car. To the point, of pointing out any blemishes that I may object to. He was back and forth on the phone with me until well after 9pm making sure my concerns were addressed. Tavo arranged to have the vehicle's blemishes rectified and the vehicle delivered to my home. I have purchased several vehicles in this fashion and this was by far the best experience that I've had. I was pleased to the point that I have already referred a neighbor to Tavo. When it comes time for my next purchase, I will give Tavo the first call.

From the moment we stepped on the lot, Tavo was nothing but a delight to do business with. We have been searching for a full size SUV because our family has grown and after looking at the cars on the lot, we didn't see anything we cared for. That sure didn't stop Tavo from finding us the car of our dreams. He got specifics from us on what color, size, make, model, etc. and he told us he would start hunting down a car we would love. Usually this means we may not hear from the salesman again, but Tavo found the perfect match within 3 weeks and the deal was done. There was no haggling, just a great deal. Very professional, yet I feel like I've known him forever. He was very accommodating, even befriended our two year old daughter when we brought her to pick up the car.
