I purchased my vehicle sight unseen over the internet. I contacted Barrett and spoke with Jorge. He worked with me for days, and when I say worked, he earned it. I called him, emailed him, texted him, with questions for several days. I even called him on Saturday while he was golfing and he took time out to answer questions for me. All the while being professional, courteous, and caring. These guys are not pushy, they don't have to be. They price their upscale cars fairly so they can move them. Jorge even helped me coordinate shipping. I live in St Louis, MO, over 1000 miles away. When I rec'd my Range Rover it was just as advertised. I highly recommend Barrett. These guys know what they are doing and they have fun doing it. All the while putting you, the customer, first. Thanks Jorge! I'll be back!

I have purchased several pre-owned vehicles from dealers and private parties over the years both locally and out of town. The team at Barrett Auto Gallery far exceeded my expectations and previous car-buying experiences in every way possible. Negotiating a final price that was mutually-beneficial was a simple transparent process. The sales team took the time to go over every inch of the vehicle with me via video (Facetime) so that I could see for my self what the true condition of the vehicle was. I had access to vehicle history reports from both Carfax and Autocheck free of charge. I was able to put a small deposit down on the vehicle and hold it for a week until I was able to fly in to pick it up. I also had the opportunity to review all of the paperwork I would eventually need to sign before making the trip. Upon my arrival at the McAllen airport, my sales associate was out front to greet me. We made the drive from the airport in an exceptionally-nice Aston Martin Rapide. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with refreshments and a warm welcome from the staff. I had the opportunity to go on an extensive test drive, and I was able to spend as much time as I liked looking the vehicle over inside and out. There were no surprises as the vehicle was exactly as described. The vehicle I was about to purchase had a full tank of fuel and had obviously just been detailed inside and out. I signed all of the paperwork in less than 30 minutes and began my 600 mile drive home to Dallas. The Barrett back office team handled my registration and title work for me, and I received my permanent license plates and registration sticker in the mail in less than two weeks. I would recommend Barrett Auto Gallery to anyone interested in purchasing a premium pre-owned vehicle with the expected premium service to go along with it.

I was spoiled with my Mercedes SL and my BMW Z4 but it was time to let the sporty 2-seaters go. I needed a car easier to get in and out of (getting old sucks) but I still wanted a full convertible. I stopped by to ask Jorge what I could do. He suggested the perfect car for me and Tavo showed me- a sweet gold BMW 135i. I took it for a ride and I could get out of it without looking like a frog in a blender~ yay! SOLD. If you dread the process of looking for/ buying a car, go to Barrett and you will be pleasantly surprised at how they differ from the norm. There is no pressure, no problems and they will go out of their way to help you. I cannot stress that enough. Just like my last 2 buying experiences at Barrett there was no fuss, no pain, no nonsense and I took the car right home. Jorge and Tavo know their cars, know their customers and treat them like friends. If at some time in the future I want another car, I will return to Barrett .........I seriously cannot imagine dealing with anyone else.
