PA Auto Select

After looking for a vehicle for almost three months I was fortunate enough to narrow my search to PA Auto Select on Friday December 7, 2018. I was grateful to work with Paul Lukens who demonstrated expert knowledge of the SUV I drove and was down to earth, professional and kind. I will definitely return and work with Paul and I highly recommend Paul and PA Auto Select.

Saw the car online. Looked like a good deal. Read some not so great reviews about this dealership but liked the price point for the vehicle year and low mileage so gave them a shot. Tremendously pleased with the car, the experience, and the staff. Josh sold us the car and Ryan, the manager, filled in when Josh was closing another sale. Very informative and considerate gentlemen. I was pre-approved which made the process smoother. Also received great value for my low mileage trade in. Plan to return for my next purchase.

This is the second car purchased from Pa Auto Select! I immediately checked their website to see what they had. Their cars are always clean and in great shape. I found a couple right away. I took the car that I ended up purchasing for a drive and I fell in love instantly. I enjoyed working with Josh and Ryan. The financial part was done efficiently. Even though PA Auto Select is over 100 miles from my house, I drove the distance and purchase a used Mini Cooper S from them. I had been researching used Minis for several months and PA Auto Select consistently had a good selection, all in what appeared to be in good to excellent shape. I was not disappointed when I arrived and I bought the car I went there to see. I can't write a long term review as I have only had the car a week but so far it is as advertised and even in last week's snow it was a blast to drive. Their facility is top notch, it was clean and neat, with an indoor showroom and a very large indoor storage and viewing area. First rate in my book and I have bought literally dozens of cars over my life. I would also rate the staff as first rate. I dealt with Ryan the General Manager but everyone I encountered were cordial and friendly. All in all a very pleasant buying experience. Additionally, their website is very good with a lot of great photos of their vehicles and good information and all of the vehicles come with a free Carfax I believe. I would recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a clean upscale vehicle at a reasonable price.

PA Auto Select was a great place to buy a used car. They had a large inventory. I could really have choices as far as which vehicle I wanted. There was no pressure to buy, but when I was ready to buy, there was no stalling. My salesperson did not have to go into a back room and haggle with some manager. We just took care of my purchase. I think the whole process took less than an hour!
