PA Auto Select

Tried to buy a used vehicle through these guys-they are overpriced and ridiculously RUDE!!!! The older man who helped us was so rude and did nothing to help us what so ever! Take your time and money else where!

Purchased my car from the dealership. The next day the battery went bad. Contacted them they said they wouldn't help me out with replacing it. They told me that they would put floor mats in it. They forgot. I had to remind them about the mats. They put 2 used front mats in. Didn't give me any rear Mats. Took the car to have some dents removed. When I got to the dent repair shop they told me the car had bad hail damage. They wouldn't take care of the dents either. They said they never noticed the hail damage. Bad place to do business with. Please be carefull when dealing with this delightful place:)

Beautiful cars and friendly employees. I was impressed with the inventory and felt that Chris was passionate and sincere. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

I wanted to personally thank Paulo for his knowledge, expertise and no-pressure salesmanship. Although I was unable to buy my dream 2010 Ferarri at that moment, I will definitely come back and recommend this dealership. Their vehicle lineup was tremendous. You can buy a practically brand new luxury vehicle at a fraction of the cost if you were to go to a franchise store. Thanks again and I'll be back no doubt!

Just purchased a 2010 Volvo s80 from here. Paolo and Chris were very helpful and informative through the whole process. No pressure at all whatsoever to buy. I highly recommend this dealer friendly staff huge selection of cars and very clean facility. Got a great appraisal for my trade in and was outta there in about a hour. I called before I dove from Easton pa and was assured that Michael the owner would be there to appraise our car. I get there Chris calls the owner but owner will not show. I would never buy anything from these people. I just don't understand how u can sell Upscale cars and have these kind of people working for u . I guess it's a reflection of the owner . Stay Away!!!!

Came back to PA Auto Select for a second purchase and was as pleased as I was the first time. One Mercedes ML and one BMW X3. I will continue to shop the website and will strongly consider my next purchase from them.

I was in a bind for a replacement for my BMW 3-series that was totalled in a wreck....and did not want to buy a brand-new car right now....so in my hurried web search to see what was out there, I found a couple cars at PAAutoSelect that I was interested in. The website looked nice, the cars looked nice, the prices....well, not bad. Talked with Paul on the phone a few times and he was very pleasant and helpful, so I decided to take the 4+hour drive and check them out. I found the facility to be nice, the sales guys to be helpful, and they allowed me time to drive whatever I wanted. After a bit of negotiation I decided to walk away and consider a couple other cars I had found. When it got down to it, PAAutoSelect had a nicer car with lower miles, and the negotiated price wasn't bad, so I decided to take it and went back over the following weekend to pick it up. I arrived later than planned and James and especially Paul stayed past their regular hours to help me get paperwork done, drop off rental car, etc. Above and beyond. The car seems nice, the price was eventually reasonable, and a week later I'm very happy with the car and the 'treatment' at this dealer. I can be a hard sell, so check back in 6 months and see how happy I am :-), but this turned out to be a better initial experience than I expected. Paul, James, Chris, Mike......thanks. If I'm still as happy 6 months, a year from now, I'll be back when it's time to buy my next one.
