I asked for Mike Martin, because he was referred to us from a trusted long time friend's son, Bryan Fawcett. Upon arrival at Arrowhead, I told Mr. Martin this is our BUDGET and it will be that budget. He went to work finding cars that are in our range and what we require. He was very patient and focused on what vehicles my wife felt strongly about. HE LISTENED, period. The rest of the crew, Jorge in finance, Todd, in service, Michael Scarfia, Sales Manager, checked in to ask us if every things a-okay.The lady took our initial phone...Smooooth...Arrowhead Cadillac People are "above-the-rim". This was my 1st Cadillac purchase and it was wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Barbara Mickelson and Michael Meewes. Both were delightful to work with. I purchased an Escalade - when you purchase a car it should be a hassle free, great experience and because of Barbara and Michael it truly was. Honest I live on the other side town and was all set to buy my Escalade from another dealer, but thought I would just check out Arrowhead Cadillac. It was the best car buying decision I ever made - they treated me fantastic. I got a very fair price - for me buying a car should feel really good, not like you are in a negotiation battle and I can tell you at Arrowhead Cadillac it was a feel good experience. Finance was great too - getting me in and out in no time. Barbara showed me every feature of the car and called me numerous times to make sure I understood everything and was happy with my purchase. The dealership is top notch too - all of the employees were so friendly and all offered me drinks and snacks while I was there. I encourage any person looking to buy a Cadillac to visit Arrowhead and ask for Barbara and Michael - it will be the best Cadillac buying decision you can make too.

great, I have already told my friends about my experience with the "no pressure" sales and they are heading in to buy cars as well. The salesman made everything smooth as silk. We intend to purchase our next car from him as well when we are ready. Bonus was the soft serve ice cream in the waiting area!!
