Very smooth process from start to finish.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Arrived at appointed time and was immediately taken care of. Marco, my technician, took the time to keep me updated on the car's progress. When the work was finished, I received my paperwork and went merrily on my way until the next service.

I left my garage remote in one of there vehicles and this

I left my garage remote in one of there vehicles and this Dealership refuses to return it back to me. They claim that they put it in the mail. It’s now been 3 weeks sending it from Chandler to Phoenix. Next step filing a complaint with the State of Arizona. Done playing games!

We purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma on 5/10/25 we were

We purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma on 5/10/25 we were promised a second key for the truck as part of the purchase deal, only one was given to us. It is now 5/20/2025 and no key. We were told to go to Autonation Toyota on 5/15/25 to get the key and have it programed. We took the hour drive, went to the service dept. they were horrible, rude uncooperative was told they would not issue the key due to paperwork issues, the key was on the counter in front of me. They refused to call Autonation Nissan where the purchase was made to resolve any problems. I drove back an hour to the Nissan dealership, told them what happened. The service guy called Autonation Toyota, and they got the same run around. They then told me they would have a courier bring the key the next day for me to pick up and they would send me to the competitor Toyota dealership to have it programed. As of today, still no call and no Key 5/20/25. I'm beginning to think this was all a gimmick to get us to make the deal for the truck. I have tried contacting my sales rep and service rep via email, vm and text message over the past couple of days with no response. I also tried finding out who the GM is at Autonation Nissan, first attempt I was disconnected, second attempt I was told to leave name and email, and someone would contact me with the name of the GM. What started out as a good experience as now turned into a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! If I could return the truck I purchased for refund I would! A key should be a simple thing to take care of for a customer.
