After passing up a few dealerships because I was a solo
After passing up a few dealerships because I was a solo female looking to buy a car, I stopped by to look at the Nissan's and other vehicles in your lot. I was pleasantly surprised when Billy came up to me in a golf cart and asking if I needed any help. I did. He was friendly and knowledgeable without any pressure to sell me a vehicle. I ended up buying a Nissan Murano and have been very happy the process was very easy. All the staff were friendly. I will definitely recommend this dealer!!

I do not like their IT department.
I do not like their IT department. I have had issues with trying to make an appt online. I have always made the appt online through the Chandler Auto Nation but for some reason my appt went to the Chevorlet Auto Nation so but I received a confirmation online that my appt was on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 8:30 am they did not have me scheduled for my oil change the appt went to Chevrolet Auto Nation instead. I have had issues with Auto Nation in the past with them having issues with their phones. I had to go down there and make an appt because when you called their service dept the phone just rang and rang. That was so annoying. Then for the longest of time no one would come out and greet you. I had to complain about this several times before someone comes out to greet you. I feel the service managers are not doing their jobs.
