After relocating from Las Vegas, I needed to find a local Nissan Dealership to maintain my 2020 Nissan Titan. I brought my truck in for a routine scheduled maintenance item, and advised of a rough idling while parked. My service tech Danny Bedolla advised they identified the issue and pro-actively submitted to Nissan for a goodwill request, since I have been a long time customer. I wasn’t expecting this, and was pleasantly surprised. Typically I get an estimate and have to deal with figuring out how to pay for it. Danny contacted me a few days later to advise Nissan would be able to assist. This was great news and really made feel appreciated as a Nissan customer. I’ll definitely recommend AutoNation Nissan Chandler for their servicing needs, and I’ll continue to bring my vehicle there as well.

Very good to excellent, the sales staff was helpful and easy to deal with, no high pressure tactics were used on me , like anything else involving a major negotiation you should do your research and show up prepared.
