We decided to test drive several cars from different dealers to get an idea of what was available. We were not sure if we were ready to buy a car. However, Kia was so easy to work with and we were the proud owners of a Telluride after 3 different dealers in 6 hours. Andrew Bircher was enthusiastic, but not overbearing. We love our car and enjoyed the process at Williams Kia.

Austin Mayo hooked me up with a whip. 2024 Telluride SX Pro. It has a lot of detailed design touches I appreciate. They set me up with a hitch and the service team was friendly. An all around good experience.

Best car shopping experience!
We always enjoy working with the folks at Williams Kia. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful, everything we want in a dealer. This is our 3rd Kia Niro Hybrid. Our salesman Dylan is fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. The financing was easily explained. The head of the repair department met with us to let us know he has our backs for any future concerns. We were treated like celebrities, so what more could we ask for!

Very Poor Service
Main Points: Sales representatives make promises they have no intention of following through on in order to persuade you to buy one of their cars. They also are slow to process the paperwork leading to my temporary license plate expiring before the car title had been moved to my name or issuing a license plate. More details below: I purchased a car from Williams Kia in Traverse City and only received one set of keys. They promised to send the second set of keys at a later date and even went as far as putting this promise in writing and having the sales manager sign it. When purchasing the car, they did not provide a title for me to sign meaning I paid for a car that legally did not belong to me. I had to get the secretary of state involved to resolve this issue. Additionally, on the day my temporary license plate expired, they had not issued my permanent plate. When I called to inquire their response was "I don't work weekends," even though it had been over 30 days since I purchased the car from them, and they are legally required to have the permanent license plate mailed by the time the temporary plate expires. Key Takeaways: Do not purchase a car from KIA in Traverse City. If you do decide to make a purchase, know that what you walk out with is what you get (future promises will not be followed through) and be prepared for possible future headaches with trying to get the car in your name and receive a license plate on time.

Love My Kia Soul
My experiences with Traverse City KIA, from Sales to Service, leaves nothing to be desired. Austin, Lisa, Matt, et al represent a bunch of things: Professional, friendly, informative...and patient. This is my second KIA, and I love it as much as my first!

Very bad customer service!
Very bad customer service! They tell you stuff is covered under warranty but it’s all lies! What happened to the days when companies pleased the customer? Those days are gone!

Avoid high pressure sales!
Poor on telling the truth, manipulative and big on the upsells! Seemed unable to answer questions related to cost or warranty. My advise... go elsewhere and save dollars!

Lisa was phenomenal to work with! I ended up getting a vehicle elsewhere, but if I were going straight for best service, Lisa had it in the bag! She was not pushy whatsoever and was so helpful! Highly recommend!
