My husband saw the used MDX 2022 online for sale so he make an offer.Someone reached out to my husband and agreed with the offer therefore he made an appointment for the next day since there close at 4:30 on Sunday.He did offered at 3:30 Sunday and agree to come at 3:30 to give them a check.When we get there for our appointment they was working with a client to close the deal.We was very disappointed cause we has our certificate check with us to finish the paper work.It would be nice if the sale lady headed up car can be sold before our appointment.I would not recommend the service they provide at this location.He have own 4 Acure car but this time make us very mad.

I was searching for a dealership since many in AZ seem to struggle with customer service. Upon reaching out to Acura North Scottsdale, I connected with Bailey Hapke via email and phone. We communicated through texts, and I believed we had established a trusted relationship. Subsequently, she introduced me to the finance manager, Mr. Trevor Guy. They created an impression that this was the best dealership until today. After receiving approval for an Acura, my husband test drove an SUV with Bailey and was impressed, feeling it was the right place for us. However, today, when discussing other options, they ceased responding to me. Bailey stopped communicating via text, Elle, the sales asset, didn't respond to my son, and Trevor, despite multiple emails, and a phone call directly to his desk, remained unresponsive. I've been dealing with this location since November, and their sudden lack of communication contradicts the care they initially portrayed. Upon emailing the GM, I received a generic response from Trevor, stating that their location does not want to proceed with my transaction. There was no phone call or explanation. I find their treatment of me and my family disappointing. As of now, I still haven't heard back from Bailey. I will never recommend this dealership to friends, family, or coworkers. It's advisable to avoid everyone I've mentioned and consider other options else where.

I bought a used 2015 Santa Fe there.
I bought a used 2015 Santa Fe there. It had a bad shimmy on the freeway and after I had it a few days realized it was leaking oil all over my garage. Brandon Lee sold me the car. He was fine until I had a problem and left him messages and he never answered his phone and never got back to me. So I called his sales manager Caelen. Answered the phone right away. But the check had cleared and apparently the love was gone, he told me to bring it in but he said it was a used car and hoped I realized that and there were really no guarantees (well multi-point check but what exactly do they check and 3 month limited warranty but they don't say anything about the limited part). I really felt like he was using anything to get out of responsibility and felt kind of dirty after talking to him. So then Stephan from the service department called after a couple hours. I must say after that things got so much better, I was talking to a guy who wanted to solve problems and help me, not just scurry away. Took the car in, they fixed the leak no problem and rebalanced one of the front wheels which totally fixed the shimmy. So sales department zero stars, service department 5 stars, guess that averages out to 3 stars.

Well service wise things went a little south after this when I realized the oil leak hadn't been fixed so took it back and then they said had missed the leak very sorry but it was all good now and then I looked the next day and it was still leaking, same place. I could not believe it was that hard. My only thought was it is just difficult to get good help. The GM Robert Farnsworth did come through though and he and Steffan finally got it sorted the third time and sent someone to pick the car up and leave me a loaner this time. All in all I do believe the dealership wanted to do the right thing but had to scratch my head why a big operation like that would mess up same issue 3 times???

Excellent service Last time I was in for routine oil change! Discovered it needed brake repair also I elected to wait. Summer, my representative informed me that after extensive wait that WRONG brake pads come in. Had been waiting 4 hours. So she offered me a loaner car so I could go home and pick up next day, She also comped My oil change for the inconvenience. And my car was ready next day Very Clean. When things go wrong, Summer will make it up to you. Will always go back back for all Service.

What a great experience dealing with service consultant...
What a great experience dealing with service consultant Matt Williams and Brandon, one of the service technicians. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. A Fuel Pump recall was performed and a very difficult repair to the panoramic moon roof. Also helped to answer questions about operation of the vehicle. After a bad experience with one of the other local Acura dealers I could not have had a more pleasant experience thanks to Matt and Brandon. Acura Scottsdale is now my go to place for my RDX service. Couldn't be happier with them.
