Honest and factual review about my HORRIBLE experience

Honest and factual review about my HORRIBLE experience with this dealership: Believing or not, this is exactly what happened: I made an appointment to test drive one of their used vehicles, around $82,000, one of the most expensive ones they had on the lot. I’m getting there around an hour after we made the appointment, the sales agent already forgot about me. He came outside after being told that I was there and kept calling me different names. After that he said that he didn’t know where the car was parked. I found the car for him. After that, he said he doesn’t have the keys and he didn’t know where they were. Oh, that took a while. We finally got to the car, it was super dirty by the way and we went on a test drive. The guy was completely 100% silent all of the time. He was texting his friends and talking on the phone while I was doing the test drive. I was trying to make a conversation about the car. The guy was not conversational at all! We went back into the dealership, he put me on the desk to wait for somebody while they appraise my car. I waited and waited, and decided to leave. I can openly and honestly say that this was the worst car dealership experience in my life. Something that I wouldn’t ever think that could happen. Even if they had given me an amazing deal, I wouldn’t want to do business with these kind of people. They would not deserve a dollar from me. I don’t know if the sales agent had a bad day, hated his job or this was his last day at work, but this should never happen. I’m so glad I left! Unprofessional, inexcusable, ridiculous… my words can’t actually describe it.

An easy and pleasant car buying experience with professionals was what we found at Mark Kia. The sales associate was knowledgeable and professional, great job all around by everyone we interacted with.

Long story short, I purchased the wrong size truck from

Long story short, I purchased the wrong size truck from the dealership. I contacted them the next day to upgrade - and mysteriously, their 7 Day 500 Mile return policy was no where to be found. In addition, they low balled the trade in (that was supposed to be under the 7 day warranty). False and deceptive marketing. I've contacted a few people, wonder if they'll call me back?

CHRIS and marcio were incredible.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

Everyone at this dealership are top notch.

Everyone at this dealership are top notch. They are always attentive, friendly and professional. Every employee from the sales department, to finance and the service department have exceeded our expectations every time. I am especially impressed with their service department. They are quick to greet you and get you checked in for the service appointment and they keep you updated during your service visit. Lastly, they always explain everything they did in a way I can understand. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them and wouldn't think of buying in the future from any other dealership.
