Thanks to Kevin and his staff, our family purchase of a used Volvo made for a fine experience. Waiting for financing terms took longer than expected, but the customer service was exceptional.

My daughter and I stopped in to look at another car and the Passat caught our eye. Very nice selection of vehicles. Kevin and the staff did an excellent job of taking care of us. I would definitely recommend and will most likely purchase from them in the future.

If you are looking for fancy this is not the place, but if you like an honest place to do business read on. All the cars have a car fax. They have mechanics going through the cars before they go on the lot. I bought an older Mercedes over the phone! I drove 4 hours and found the car to be better than described. I love the car. Kevin was a pleasure to do business with.

Went looking for a first vehicle for my son, test drove 2 and fell in love with the 2nd one, very nice vehicle, car fax readily available, easy buying process, so far very happy with purchase.

My grandson has been looking for a BMW 520 XI and is very picky. He said he found one in auto trader. My wife and I with my grandson drove 1/2 hour to see the car. They had a car fax right on the dash and the sticker on the windo gave us the information on the car. We talked to Kevin and expressed our interest in the vehicle. He was courteous, friendly and answered all our questions. He then offered us to take it for a test ride and told us to take our time to make sure we liked it. Absolutly no pressure. It was 4:45 and even though they closed at 5:00, he still didnt pressure us to make a sale. I told him that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and explained that i have to go to the credit union to get the money and that i will return the following day with a check. As promised, I returned the following day with the check and closed the deal. I was there about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour and drove the car home. I will tell people about my experience an will definitely recomend BNM to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. Very pleased.

BNM has a great selection of high mileage cars for fair prices. Know that going in - you are not likely going to find many cars under 100k. But knowing that, do your research, call and let them know car you want to view and they do have a fee for holding it, but if you don't like the one you put on hold, you can use the deposit for any other car. If nothing suits you on the first visit, you can roll the deposit for up to a year on something else. New inventory coming in all the time so be patient and you will find the perfect car from them. Great service from the sales staff.

Don’t trust them. Very unfriendly people. They fix their cars up to look good but there not.Especially the owner he’s mean Nd a very unhappy person!!!

I was nervous about buying a used car after leasing for many years. Kevin worked with me and made me feel at ease. I ended up getting a car I had really wanted for awhile. The car had a problem after I left the lot. BNM has been working with me to resolve the problem. I am quite impressed!

Kevin and their mechanic are two of the most dishonest people I have ever met. Do not do business with these people....their vehicles are repaired just enough to get them off the lot and the paint is sprayed over to make the pictures look good. I bought a car, and didn't make it 5 mile before the check engine light came on.....no offer to make anything right or help in any way.
