I talked with Timothy and he had amazing communication skills with me and he was very helpful and nice. I loved this experience since it was my first time buying a vehicle, I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

A friend and I showed up to look at a used 09 Camry on the lot about 5 minutes before close, and Tim was as happy to see us then as he would have been 5 minutes after open. Tim helped me and my boyfriend get a new car for us. We looked online and found a truck we liked and Tim worked his hardest to be able to work with us on the truck. We weren't able to do that one but Tim did everything he could to find a truck that was doable. He found us one and we love it. Thank you Tim for your hard work. Tim made the buying process hastle free and easy. We had already known what what we wanted from the online inventory. We showed up without warning, told him our name, and he already knew what we wanted which says to me he's attentive and cares. He grabbed us the keys right away and we drove the car, fell in love and because he doesnt give up we drove away. Honestly if it wasnt for Tim we wouldnt be driving our dream car right now. The entire experience couldn't have been any better. My brother and I were in town( we both live out of state) short on time, but mom needed a reliable vehicle. We went in told them exactly what we were looking for and the situation we were in. They had no pressure sales, showed us what were looking for. Helped with everything and got mom into something that absolutely works great for her. I would definitely do business with Tim and Joel again. Thanks guys for all your help.

5.0 star rating 11/15/2017 When our alternator went out on the way home to St Louis from Chicago, we were stranded with our two young children with us The guys at Mounce fixed us up quickly. When that alternator went bad 3 months later (totally not their fault, just a bad part,) they guided us to Napa to get a refund on the part and kept checking back until the issue was resolved. Super nice and friendly every step of the way. Highly recommended.

My wife and I spent weeks looking for a used Ford Flex and one day saw that Mounce had one in El Paso for lower than we had seen anywhere else. We decided to go test drive it and fell in love with the car. Tim was great to deal with and we were able to amicably negotiate a price that worked for us. The car still needed a key FOB made and two windows needed the up/down buttons fixed as well. We also discovered that the drivers side door latch needed replacing as well after we drove the car home. Tim arranged to have drivers come pickup the car at our residence (40+ minutes away) and supply us with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs. We got the car back completely fixed with key FOB not two days later. Tim and the retired guys who shuttled the loaner car to and from our place were great and never failed to deliver upon what they said they would. Five stars all around!
