I've bought a few cars before, but this experience has quite possibly been the best one! There are no tricks or gimmicks when it comes to buying or service work with Tim. He will do all he can to accommodate you and help you get what you need in a quick manner. As far as service goes, he is willing to actually go out of his way to make sure you have a way to get to places you have to go to even if it means driving you a loaner vehicle himself. He is extremely timely in communication and friendly to talk to. He is the kind of car dealer any person looking for the small town feel can appreciate. To top it all off, such a great selection of vehicles and good pricing on them.

My son and I had narrowed our search down to two cars, one in El Paso and one in St. Charles, IL. I wasn't too familiar with El Paso and certainly not Mounce Automotive so I did some research. Once I read through the numerous very positive reviews, I was sold that the drive would be worth it. We were not disappointed. Tim was our sales person, and like everyone mentioned, his customer service and professionalism were top notch. The car was exactly as he described it leaving very little left but a discussion on price. Tim was up front, gave us a great price and we were on our way.
