Excellent Dealership!
We came in late on a weekday to buy a new car and trade ours in and were immediately attended to by salesman Anthony who took the time with us to find out what car fit our needs and find the right vehicle for us. The whole team - sales, financing, and service stayed late to help us out and were exceptional with their customer service! The manager and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we received excellent service and a great deal on both our new car and our trade in. Fantastic dealership who have certainly earned our business for life!

Greatest Experience Ever
I have been trading with Chapman since the 90's and have always received excellent customer and repair service. Recently I leased a 2015 car, and that service is still alive and has multiplied extensively through the assistance from Bryce McCutcheon. Tyler Mae, Bryce's manager, the financing staff, and the others in the dealership office were also fantastic. Plus, there is one gentleman I really want to thank and tell him how much we appreciate what he does: that's the gentleman that makes the great popcorn, keeps the coffee supplies full, and does all the other "stuff" that makes us customers feel comfortable. He's all over that place, including the Quick Lube facilities. Thank you for all you do.

A Great Place to Buy a Car
I have traded with Chapman since the 90's. I appreciate the customer service and prompt repair service I have always received from this dealership. Recently I leased a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. Bryce McCutcheon, Tyler May, Bryce's manager, the financing guys, and everyone I dealt with were the best. I have to also say thank you to the gentlemen who takes the time to keep the popcorn popped, the coffee supplies full, and all the other "stuff" he does to make sure we're comfortable when waiting for a car getting repairs or waiting for an appointment with a Sales manager such as Bryce. He has been with Chapman for as long as I can remember, which is a long time. Great team you guys!

Bryce Mccutcheon worked hard to find a financial plan that fit my budget. He presented all options to me in a clear and articulate manner and exuded patience as I navigated the decision process. It was clear from the beginning that his motivation didn't lie in just closing a quick sale, but rather in the idea that I was getting the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Superior Service
Last week I took our 2012 Sonic in for some minor warranty work and spoke with Kevin Mooney. He has been my service adviser since 1990. As usual he was informative, attentive and friendly and the work was done as specified. Over these many years Kevin's honesty and willingness to go beyond the usual bounds of customer service has been demonstrated many times. Two examples come to mind, years ago my 1988 Isuzu Trooper was involved in a crash and the insurance company totaled it out. State Farm Insurace offered me low book on a 7 year old vehicle as is standard. At this point the Isuzu had only 50,000 miles and was in absolute perfect shape. Kevin had told me that the standing joke was that if if I ever wanted to sell it, the lead Isuzu Tech at the time would buy it immediately. In trying to negotiate with State Farm I approached Kevin and asked if he would be willing to write a small note on the impeccable condition, service history and upgrades on my Trooper to be included in my appeal. Kevin said no problem and both he and the Tech wrote a letter which resulted in me getting a better settlement. This was above and beyond the normal customer service. Example number two came this spring when my son took the 1999 C3500 that has been in the family since new in for some repairs. He had started a new electrician apprenticeship and needed to be sure the truck was good to go to far flung job sites. We had replaced the fuel injectors, fuel regulator, upper ball joints and radiator, but had a nagging run ability problem that stymied us for a week. We explained the need for Ty to have a dependable truck and Kevin said no problem, bring it in and I will have the lead heavy truck Tech look it over. They were able to trace it to a broken wire connection leading from the MAF censor. We also had them refresh the AC and align the front end after the ball joint replacement. Both these cases went beyond the standard warranty or service repair and each time Kevin stepped up and provided the type of friendly customer service you associate with small town dealerships where everyone knows your name and maybe you even sit next to them in church. I will continue to purchase vehicles and get service at Chapman Chevrolet as they have earned my trust and respect.

Worst experience ever
Worst dealership ever. Signed on a vehicle Friday and they called today reneging on the deal because they were losing money. James Mayes has a horrible attitude on the phone and Dan in finance could've cared less. They are coming to pick the vehicle up tomorrow and returning mine and I will NEVER buy here again. They will not drop their price for the $20 price difference a month that is their fault for not being able to do the contract price. I cannot believe they screwed everything up from the moment we got there and don't even care about losing customers or a sale. A mom of 3 kids and needing this vehicle and they care only about the money end. Thanks for another dissatisfied customer and all the surveys I've received will all be just as negative.

Mazda3
I came in here a couple of times trying to get my first car. They numbers that they have tagged on the car don't even match the online pricing. I was interested in the Mazda that they had. There were almost $2k worth of accessories added onto the pricing and I asked to see the papers of it and the sales rep, Morgen, denied them saying that it's something that they do not give out. Which is a lie. Every dealership should be able to provide that information. They said that they would try and negotiate a price they barely tried. They contacted me later on after some time of going back and forth about the car and lowered the price to what I wanted. I went in there ready to buy the car in cash. But the papers they displayed showed the car to be $400 over the value that was discussed over the phone. That's really disgusting and you should lie like that. But I paid it anyways. I've had my car for 3 weeks already and so far I haven't even had my license plate yet. One of the sales rep I was working with said I should've had it by now and they'll "look" into it. I tried asking the original sales rep I worked with, Morgen, but it seems he doesn't like to respond after he has made a deal. Hopefully, I don't get pulled over for an expired temporary license plate from their failure to do their job. Now, it's been not even a month and my car is already having internal issues making sounds when it decelerates. I took it back to them and they took it into their service department and it apartment takes over EIGHT hours for them to try and diagnose what it is. I was working with Marty and each time he claimed he'll call me back within a time frame and never did. I constantly had to call him. Even though the eight hours have passed the service department was going to close. They Wanted to hold the car all the way till Monday. Marty was trying tell me they had to order parts even though he didn't seem to know what the issue was. So what were you ordering parts for? Finally, right when they close he tells me they fixed the issue and I can get my vehicle back. *The online chat support doesn't even help you out. They say they'll keep in contact with you but never do. Also, when it came to trying to get my diagnosis on the car before they close The Online support team took all my info (name, phone, email) and said they'll call me shortly. Shortly to them was on Monday. I mean, that's when I would've been able to get my car if they didn't fix it last minute. They were useless.

New car purchase/finance dept./internet sales
I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, after contacting the internet manager, Ike first and he was very pleasant over the phone. I met saleslady Desiree Oreaboe and Finance Agent Richard Eakin. All of the above mentioned staff, were awesome and made my trade in and new purchase seem effortless. My total experiene there was a pleasant and nice experience. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
First I want to express the appreciation for automobile sales person(s). The amount of dedication and knowledge used to read potential customers on their specific needs and requests is phenomenal. I can?t say enough about how difficult it can be to not just make a sale on an automobile, but to make them happy and leave with a smile! Why do I mention this, well I left happy and with a smile when I purchased a vehicle from Chapman Chevrolet July 4, 2014. The attention to detail and motivation that the car salesman Keith demonstrated that he and Chevrolet cared about my family safety as well as comfort. Keith went above and beyond ;a term used frequently within our great military, to not just make a sale, but provided phenomenal salesmanship when demonstrating his knowledge of the vehicles components as well as answering all questions and concerns related to the Chevy Equinox as well as a test drive. Keith impressed me with his candor and professionalism throughout the entire transaction. The next day, Keith confirmed with the management as well via text, to make me know they are interested in providing great salesmanship to me. The next day I drove to the dealership and there promptly was Keith with a smile on his face and confidence in his eyes he would make me smile once I left the showroom. After all the fair negotiating I felt Keith and the Chapman team had my best interest at heart. The team at Chapman Chevrolet gave me a great offer on price as well as trade-in which allowed me to get out of seemed like a never ending battle with being upside down on a vehicle. This team took their expertise and never judged me on my personal situations, but provided a service that is impeccable. Even at the end of the process Keith assured me that all is well and I will be happy with my purchase. He was right! I left the showroom, not without giving a BIG hug to the manager for his part, but a firm handshake to Keith for escorting me through the whole process!! Keith has followed Keith thank you! and I will never forget the Chapman Chevrolet team and will refer whom ever I know looking for GREAT, FAIR, FRIENDLY customer service for a new automobile to Keith and Chapman Chevrolet.
