I'm not one who generally posts online reviews, especially about the car buying experience. According to my insurance records, this was my 28th car purchase and I can tell you this is the first one I truly enjoyed. From the moment we pulled into the lot, I knew I liked this dealership. We were met by Judd who educated us on the differences between the cars we were interested in. The quality, selection, and caliber of cars is something I've only seen in a few very high end lots. The salesmen (and the entire staff) were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. Eventually we met Ben and Farouk who helped us through the purchase process. Their cars are priced sensibly and thus they're confident that the vehicles will sell themselves. I was so impressed with their attention to detail that I actually brought my wife's BMW to them to detail and accessorize AFTER we purchased our Audi Q5. Ben was always available when I had questions and never made promises he couldn't keep. I know where I'll buy my next car and who I'll be recommending to all my friends!

I called on Friday to ask if the car I wanted was still available, Ben helped me out. Came in on Monday after work and was in and out with my new car in 45 minutes. He wasn’t rushing I was rushing him but he was very accommodating and so helpful. He has great conversation, explained everything throughout the process. YOU definitely want to talk with these guys! I am new to the area, but not new to buying pre-owned vehicles. I expected to hear the same old pitches and simply leave; not leave with a new vehicle purchase. After shopping through and reviewing used-car lots like Koons, I found that most of the dealers wanted me to come down in-person before they were able to review my options (obviously a selling strategy). Ben was able to give quick options on APR, monthly payment, and length of loan all via text message. Ben secured me a loan with 3.5% APR at $305 a month for 60 months with ZERO dollars down! Not only did I get an incredible rate on my 2017 Nissan Altima, Ben made sure it was detailed and I reviewed every inch of the car (He didn't try to hide anything). He didn't try to upsell me on the warranty, he explained I could pay for an added warranty but my car is still under the dealer ship warranty and that is all I need. This place also does emissions test and routine car maintenance, so you best believe I will be coming here my oil changes.
