These guys are price hustlers. Offered them asking price but wouldn’t except it because they wanted to hold out on someone who would finance it through the dealership to make more money.

Uzair Malik was on top of things and so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which was painless. My vehicle arrived in pristine condition. There is no way I would have found a vehicle in such perfect condition, with the trim package, and at the price point anywhere else! Every question I had was answered quickly both during and after the purchase process. First time buying an out of state vehicle. Thanks to Mr. Malik, it definately will not be the last. I look forward to buying from this dealership in the future. The team at Action Automotive is fantastic all around!!!

They have all kinds of hidden fee, but showing you a very attractive price at first.

My husband and I bought a 2016 Mercedes in June. We are very please with the car. I was comfortable during my visit to the dealership. Our sales man, Mr. Malik was very patient with our questions and explained many options available in the car. He also connected my phone with the car following my purchase. Everyone that we had contact with was polite and helpful. All the cars on the car lot were high quality and extremely clean vehicles. This dealership is a premium auto dealer. We traveled over 90 miles to Action and it was well worth the trip. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

This is not your typical used car dealer. My first contact with Action Auto I spoke with Ben. In or outside of buying a car, Ben is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. I called about a car that he had listed and we talked about the features, history, condition etc. in great detail. I’m an engineer so we ask a lot of technical questions. He was great to speak with and he answered everything I needed to know. No sales pressure, no bragging about his business, and mostly he talks to you on a even level meaning not down to you. We went through the purchasing process and Ben kept me in the loop about financing, where he actually had a better deal than my own bank. Other paperwork arrived and was very complete and ready for signature. So, you can tell this guy is great to work with. Here is what separates Ben from the rest of the dealers I’ve talked with for the last couple of months. Just as I was about to send back the paperwork and that same day another car came up on the listings elsewhere. The only difference between Ben’s car and the new one was the color, everything else was the same. Ben’s car was white and the new listing was blue. I really wanted this car in blue but was going to settle for white since there was no blue cars of this make and model available. Unfortunately, I had to call Ben with the bad news that I had to follow my heart and buy the blue car which I would have been happier with and not his white car. Ben was not upset, he was actually happy for me that I found what I truly wanted. He said “Sometimes things happen for a reason”. After a few more minutes into the phone call I could tell this guy really cares that his customers buying a car that they really want even if that mean its not one of his listed. Folks this should be how all used cars dealers treat customers. I’m sorry I didn’t buy his car, but I’m happier with the one a truly wanted. My wife will be looking for a car in about 18 months and Ben will be one of the first folks we call. Well done!

I recently purchased a 2016 Audi S8 plus from Action Automotive. The entire process was seamless. I never drove the vehicle or saw it in person until it was delivered to me in Dallas Tx. It was exactly as described, not a ding or scratch anywhere. Ben took me on a virtual test drive via face time, and answered any questions that i had. He took care of every detail and kept me updated throughout the process. There were only two S8’s for sale in the nation with the options that i was looking for at the time. I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend Ben and action automotive.
