When I go to buy again, Ben @ Action Automotive is where I will be. The only drawback is the dealership needs a customer lounge or a waiting area. However, again the customer service you get from Ben and Judd is outstanding. They make you feel like family.

Found out about Action Automotive randomly through the True Cars website. They had a much better color/model of the car I was looking for than the one that I test drove at a local dealership. I inquired about the car I was interested in via the TrueCar app and received a response the next day from Ben via text and voice mail. I made an appointment to test drive the car on Saturday at 10 a.m. and I've been in love with my car ever since! Ben was very friendly and not at all over bearing like a lot of sales people can be sometimes. I took a risk going by myself, as this was my first time financing a car, but I never felt as though he was pulling the wool over my eyes or being pushy. As we test drove the car, he said very little as he noted that I had already done my research and he was confident that the car pretty much spoke for/sold itself. I agreed! After the test drive, we went to talk numbers and an associate evaluated what my trade in was worth. The rest was boilerplate. He ran my credit to get me a rate for an auto loan and after I provided documentation regarding my pay, proof of address, driver's license, etc, I {willingly} signed my life away (HA)! The process from test drive to obtaining the keys took around 3 hours, because I had to go to the bank to get a cashier's check for the down payment--rookie mistake. They charge a percentage fee to use a credit/debit card for your down payment. If you are in the market for a car, especially a certain caliber of vehicle (they have some awesome cars on this lot!) I would highly suggest stopping by Action Automotive to see what they have. People from all over are buying cars from these guys, so that says a lot! When you go, ask for Ben, he makes the process headache free!

One of things I respected the most was Ben's open candor. He never once tried to sell me anything but instead showed me what my options were.
