I’ve been coming to Precision Toyota for years and have

I’ve been coming to Precision Toyota for years and have had the pleasure of working with Dave Burt in the past. Even though he has moved up to Service Manager, he still greeted me when I arrived at the Service Dept. He then personally introduced me to my assigned Service Assistant, Lindsay. She was very knowledgeable with years of experience behind her. I was impressed with her professionalism and the fact that she treated me with respect and patience! (I ask a lot of questions!) I highly recommend Precision Toyota for all of your service needs! You won’t be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I have had various makes of cars and two

My husband and I have had various makes of cars and two trucks in the 61 years we have been married. Obviously, we have dealt with different car dealerships in the states where we have lived. We have never had the feeling that a Dealership was as interested in customer goodwill as much as we did today when we left Precision Toyota. We had been told when we made the appointment that there would be a charge of $130. When I tried to give my credit card to the lady at the checkout desk, she said, "We don't charge when there is no diagnosis. Both of us were stunned that there was no charge. We do not remember ever having had that happen before. We think that shows Precision Toyota wants their customers to have a pleasant feeling about the Dealership. It certainly creates customer goodwill. Since we moved to Arizona in 2015, we have always gone to Precision for our car problems, but we have not had many things that needed to be done. My husband grew up doing maintenance on his vehicles and hates to give up the satisfaction he always felt when he took care of our cars. Any time he becomes unable to do it for himself, we will certainly go to Precision to have it done. I would also like to express our opinion about the people at Precision Toyota. We had more interaction with Erick Chiquette than anyone else. He was extremely helpful and patient in addition to being polite and courteous. I spoke with a lady on the phone who was also very polite, courteous, and helpful. I believe her name was Danelle. When we were leaving, I did not see Erick, I spoke with a gentleman who offered to relay my thanks to Erick. I believe he said his name was Santiago. He, also was very helpful. The ladies with whom we spoke at the checkout desk were friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not get their names. All of our interactions with Precision employees were extremely satisfactory. We did not see or speak with anyone who was not interested in helping us with whatever we needed at the time.

Erick is so helpful and got me an appointment on short

Erick is so helpful and got me an appointment on short notice for a transaxle fluid service. I also asked him for some additional information and a quote regarding the cooling system and he had that done by the time my vehicle was ready. Thank you Erick!

O5/20/24 had my 2015 Prius C serviced at Precision Toyota. I wanted to recognize Jason Mumma my service advisor and Roberto Sambrano, technician for the outstanding work and service provided. As always Precision delivers consistent quality work service.

I was very pleased with the work that was done at

I was very pleased with the work that was done at precision Toyota. They were able to get me in where I could wait for my car and it only took 45 minutes Everyone there was very personable.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car and were

My wife and I were in the market for a new car and were specifically looking at a RAV4 hybrid limited. I reached out via Consumer Reprts/True car and was linked to this dealership. Within minutes of my request, Kristin Leone (Product Specialist) reached out to say they had a couple cars in-stock and did I have any questions or could she set-up a time to do a test drive. Long story short, we had several calls/emails and did a test drive but we decided on going with the Lexus version of the RAV4. I encourage anyone in the market for a Toyota to ask for Kristin. She was AWESOME!
