Another great experience at Precision
We just bought a new RAV4 Hybrid. Our experience was great from start to finish. Ryan Dusz worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted in a particularly tough time frame. He was friendly, knowledgable and very responsive. This is our second Toyota from this dealership because of their great service. James Alegria handled the financial end extremely smoothly, laying out all the options and helping us decide what extra coverage would work for us.

Service is unaffordable.
Service is unaffordable. Oil change, tire rotation, and tire pressure sensor replacement cost $417 dollars. Will look for other options for maintenance in the future. I cannot afford these prices.

I went in for an oil change and to have spark plugs
I went in for an oil change and to have spark plugs replaced. They talked me into several other major services that were not needed. Ever since going in my car has been leaning to left in the rear of the car. I went in and they got me to put shocks on the front of the car which were never needed and to replace a bar on the axel in the front. Now my car is worse than ever sagging and leaning to the left in the rear. I now am forced to go to a new mechanic to fix this issue since I paid thousands on service that probably was never needed. They rely on suckers who don't know anything about cars and can't prove the work was needed or not. I'd steer clear if you want someone who will only provide service on things that are supercrtical to the operation of your car not service on things you'd never know about even after you use the car and eventually buy a new car.

Do some research on your mechanic...
I went in for service and was talked into doing service on my Toyota that wasn't needed. Cost a couple thousand. Six months later my car had an issue that caused my car to lean to the left when driving. I drove to Phoenix and the entire drive there my car was leaning left. I came home and measured both sides from the ground to the bumper above each of the rear tires. There is an almost 2.5 to 3 inch difference between the left side of the car and the right. I know the rear of the car is what needed help but they replaced the front shocks that didn't need work. My car is so bad now that I am forced to go to a new mechanic elsewhere to fix the problem. I never once misses an oil change and only ever used full synthetic oil. My shocks were replaced 5 years ago so why if my car has never been off road or hit any bumps or rough terrain does my car need shocks now? They wanted me to have my fuel line flushed, spark plugs, the axel they wanted to replace, various other parts they wanted to fix and or do work on totaling thousands. In six months I paid over 5,000. Before going into precision Toyota I never had one issue with my car. Now my car is falling apart. I would never recommend them as they will take people who don't know cars and get them preforming repairs and service that is not needed and you'd probably never notice a difference not having it worked on until you eventually bought a new car. They have caused me extreme financial stress and my body has been agitated just thinking of going back in to them again. I feel extreme peace thinking of going to a different mechanic. I lived in Puerto vallarta, Mexico and went to the Toyota dealership there and was given way better and way cheaper service than here. This one failed me and in 42 years I have never been cheated so badly.

Customer service is non existent. This place has gone downhill and I will not be going back. They ignore calls and texts, take an unreasonable amount of time for service and tr to sell useless services.
