Typical dealer service experience.

Typical dealer service experience. They’ll get the job done, it’ll take 3x longer than another shop and cost 3x as much. They charged me over $100 more than they confirmed with me on the phone, “extra fees”. 200% markup on the new part. And had to deal with 3x different service dept people vice one person handling the service case. It’s the dealer, they’ll fix it but it’ll cost you an arm and a leg every time.
