Great staff, from the time you arrived they treat you with respect. Yes, it is expensive but excellent services are not cheap. Mrs. Bella was extremely helpful at was even able to get me a ride to my house outside the 10 miles radius.

My service advisor. Mr. Thomas is always awesome, always follows through on everything and helps the process be so smooth with all my car repairs. I always get excellent service.

I have had mixed experiences at this dealership. They can often be disorganized and not very informative. Yesterday I brought my car in for repairs as I heard a noise. Once they detected the issue and others, the service advisor almost did not want to tell me. And then when I elected to get it all repaired, it was almost like an inconvenience, he actually tried to discourage me from it. The dealership is close by so that is why I use them, but they have not provided the best service.

Thomas treated both myself and my car with the upmost of respect. Usually I dread taking my car in for service, but this time service was fast, efficient and a breeze.

For the last three years, we have been taking our car to another dealership in the area, experienced incompetency and untruthfulness time and time again, and switched to Alexandria to see if we could receive better service. We weren’t disappointed and will be back again. Our service representative’s name was not listed. I give five stars to Bella Diaz.

Had to change a tire and they ordered it and it arrived the next day. It was installed and they didn’t try to upsell. All and all a good experience.

Krishma Gahim was very competent and supportive assisting with the browser snafu between myBMW app and my smartphone. Such had been a customer service with BMW national support group without resolution. Such skillset, like that of Krishma, makes significant difference in owner satisfaction!

Brought my vehicle in for a recall and Michael Smith was exceptional. Despite having many things going on at once, he took the time to answer all of my questions and his telephonic follow-up was impeccable. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience Mike! Well done.

This place is an hour from me and worth it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t say a bad thing about them. Great experience all around.
