I ended up paying over $3000 for just changing tire.

I ended up paying over $3000 for just changing tire. They couldn’t fix my air conditioner, though they charge me for that as well. Very disappointed. I will never come back there again.

Pratt, We take all concerns seriously and thoroughly investigate any matter brought to our attention. We understand your frustration, but we would like to clarify a few items. Regarding the tire repair, the cost you described was mainly to repair damage to the wheel hub and bearing which was damaged when the wheel lug bolts that are compatible with the spare wheel/tire were not used when installing the spare tire, which was on your car when it came to our shop. Regarding the air conditioning, we diagnosed the cause of the refrigerant leak as you requested, but we did not get an authorization to proceed with the repair. I've dealt with this dealership for service on my older

I've dealt with this dealership for service on my older C300 for years and the fact that I choose them over other Mercedes dealerships in the area for purchasing a new vehicle, is a testament to the satisfaction I have with them. Chevist was both knowledgeable and personable while seemingly anticipating what I was interested in. Any pressure to make the sale was non-existent! Dorit was exceptional in her efficiency and made the paperwork aspect of the purchase easy and quick while explaining the various options available. Overall my visit was an enjoyable experience culminating in the purchase of a new C300!
