In three: Fair, upfront, and friendly.

In three: Fair, upfront, and friendly. Everyday is out to make money, but Matt made us feel welcome and listened to our needs/wants. We shopped around at several dealers before coming here. It was nice to meet a big man like my husband who understood big guy car needs & comforts. Plus, his friendly attitude made us feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation (buying a car in general causes me a lot of anxiety; previous experiences that went very wrong). Gerry Guel was also understanding and patient with my anxiety. He took extra time to ensure I was good with what I was signing. Plus, major kudos to him for working to find us the best rate possible, too.

Entered my vehicle in KBB. Within minutes had a cash offer. The. Ted Wilde reached out from Jim Norton. Met with him and he’s was super nice and professional. They gave me a very fair offer above the instant offer. The whole process was surprisingly simple. I would highly recommend Ted and Jim Norton!

This was our 3rd vehicle purchase with Jim Norton Chevy

This was our 3rd vehicle purchase with Jim Norton Chevy in Broken Arrow, OK. We drive from Shawnee, OK to do business with them. Matt Thompson was our salesman on this 3rd adventure. He was prompt, he had the Blazer that we wanted to look at pulled up to the front door, when we drove in. From the moment we met Matt he was polite, courteous, and gave us his undivided attention through the whole process. Thank you Matt.
