Honest people to work with.

Very friendly and honest people to work with. Even though there was a slight issue, in the beginning, I was always greeted with a smile every time I came in. We had a little bit of a miscommunication/issue of matching the price of a competitor price. But after getting a phone call later from the GM (Solomon Teklu), and him asking me to come in. I was pleased with the integrity and support they showed their employees. The GM genuinely cares about his employees and it showed. They honestly, seem like someone you can trust.Thank you! After seeing how they handled the situation, I am happy to call them my dealer for life!

Best experience ever!

Told Jorge what I needed to have to make ends meet and he made them happen! Will was upfront about everything and explained everything thoroughly, even though it was after hours!

Honest and courteous service

I have always been satisfied with the experience and expertise of the service here. The manager does only what is needed and checks with me first. The waiting room is fantastic and is appreciated since I travel a long way to get to Jim Norton. I service both my Silverado and my Corvette here and am always satisfied.

Great customer experience

I had a wonderful experience at Jim Norton Chevrolet. I called ahead and met up with Jorge who was very insightful to narrow down my needs. He really helped steer me into the right direction and get me a good first car with a really good interest rate for a first time buyer. I’m only 20 years old and many other dealers didn’t want to spend the time with me due to my age. But Jorge and Jim Norton Chevrolet’s team treated me fairly and honestly.

Amazing!

Great Experience!
