Matthias was awesome!!

Matthias was great, he was patient and informative without being pushy. Everytime I had a question or concern he addressed it. It was a rare feeling to get talking to a car salesman that yea, he is trying to get paid but also looking out for your next interest as well. Will totally buy my next vehicle from him, and suggest you do so as well.

A great experience!

We stopped by Jim Norton to look at a new Tahoe, knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Justin met us in the parking lot full of energy wanting to help us. I told him that I was meeting with one of the managers, this didn't stop his eagerness to help us. Justin went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, make our 3 year old son feel at home and pushed to get our deal done as quickly as possible. And even though we thought we knew what we wanted, he heard out our questions and realized that we may need to firm up a few things. Walked us through all of the options just to make sure we ended up the vehicle that suited us long term. Justin, thank you, don't lose your drive, EVER!!!

Dealer Miscommunication

I recently wrote a review regarding Jim Norton Chevrolet in Broken Arrow because I was dissatisfied with the whole ordeal we went thru when trying to upgrade our 9 month old vehicle to the same make and model but we wanted an AWD & it fully loaded. I submitted complaints and was extremely upset with the way things were handled. A manager on behalf of Jim Norton graciously contacted me, we reviewed the contract together again and they owned up to their mistake. We both agreed there was miscommunication on both parts. Due to their stepping up to the plate and graciously trying to correct the issue we both came to an agreement to correct the problem. I was quite surprised they took the time to work with us to make it right. We came to a mutual agreement in which we were satisfied. I am happy to say due to the circumstances I would highly recommend Jim Norton to my friends and family. They proved in the end to be professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. The managers Derek Pressler and William Franklin both made us feel like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

She gets it

Yes the ultimate goal is to sell a car but you gotta make the customer happy in order to do it. Chelsea sat and listened to exactly what we were looking for and if she didn't know the answer she sure found out for me. I didn't end up getting a truck from here this time but I'll be back when I'm in need for a new one as long as she's still here.

Great experience!!

Heather is fantastic!

I came in to take a test drive, and Heather did everything she could to make it a great experience. She answered my questions, and did everything she could to make sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely purchase from her when the time comes!

Best dealership in Oklahoma

Jim Norton Chevrolet is amazing! The staff is so welcoming and nice! My salesperson Shelley Clawson is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with, she does everything in her power to get you the car you want!
