I purchased a car from Matt at NKY Auto Sales. It's a great car! Clean, great shape, good price. I then wrecked it and needed the full bumper replaced, my headlights, as well as some transmission work. Matt's team of auto repairmen were professional, speedy, efficient, and cost effective! My car came out looking brand new and I was only out of a vehicle for two days. They even offered me a rental from their lot! I felt confident getting back on the road thanks to them!

I was shopping for a low mileage SUV. The salesperson was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and needed. He showed me several vehicles but did not ever try to pressure me. I felt welcomed and appreciated. He answered all of my questions. I would recommend the dealer to anyone.

I was in a tough spot after hitting a deer in November of 2015 knowing that I couldn't buy just any vehicle, it had to be a 4WD or AWD SUV in order to make it up the treacherous driveway at my farm in the country. When I called Northern Kentucky Auto Sales Matt Ryan immediately tasked himself with getting me in a vehicle that I actually wanted to drive quickly. I ended up getting an amazing deal on a nicer car than I had in the first place. The pricing considerations and flexibility they showed me was nothing short of awesome. They even provided me a free loaner when I had them perform some routine maintenance down the road. They are a great outfit.

I went to this dealer to look at a Jeep Cherokee that had hail damage & was selling really cheap. The salespeople were fantastic, really friendly & accomodating!! The only downside was all of the dimples in the sheet metal. I was hoping the damage wouldn't be so bad, but I would definitely buy a vehicle from this dealer. They were very down to earth & willing to take care of me.

Most recently, I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima from him at an outstanding price. As with any used vehicle, it had a couple of hiccups which were quickly corrected through the service department.
