This was my first time dealing with McKenna at Cerritos. The purpose of my visit was for a general vehicle check up as well as looking specifically into 2 issues as was experiencing. the reps dealing with my visit from initial booking through to carrying out the repairs and advising of additional work recommended were excellent. When I informed them I wished to carry out part of the work (tyre change/balance) at a tire company, there was no attempt at hard sell. The other item flagged up for repair was explained clearly and the quotation given was confirmed as firm even when I said I'd book in after the holidays. The non-tyre related issue was rectified successfully, in good time. Aside from the repair aspect, the office is very clean, complimentary coffee while I waited was fresh and in all a comfortable environment. I cannot find fault at all with the visit.

My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV for our expanding family. We looked around at quite a few options. It came down to an explorer and a VW atlas. After much deliberation we chose the Atlas. Vehicle was roomier, had a lot of similar technology to the explorer, and was very affordable with premium options. Chuck Stone was our salesman. He made sure to educate us on all the vehicle had to offer and how it would meet our needs. We didn't get that he was trying to "sell" us something feeling. I feel he really wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting and that it would meet our needs. Once we decided this was it, he did everything he could to meet our budget when it came to the purchase. Your treated like a person here, hard to find in dealerships nowadays. Even when it came to finance, they were helpful and made the whole process a breeze. Imma ford mechanic and long time ford owner. The fact that I recommend this vehicle and dealer means something. I have nothing but good things to say about McKenna Volkswagen in Cerritos. The main person who handles all of my services or unexpected surprises concerning my car is service consultant Yassenia Cortez. She's amazing. She looks up things related to my warranty and 9 times out of 10 saves me some money....which I truly Appreciate. I'm spoiled. When car is an overnite hold I almost always if not always get a loaner. To me that's how a customer gets treated. Thank You Yessenia for ALL THAT YOU DO!!!
