75K maintenance and LOF plus Transmission fluid change. Experience was good from start to finish. Service Advisor was timely and knowledgeable. Service was done in a timely manner and test drove before return. Vehicle was washed before return.

The service department takes appointments daily but your
The service department takes appointments daily but your car will sit there for a week before anyone looks at it. The only update I ever received was that they will message the team. Finally picked my car up 4 days later because I couldn?t be without a car any longer and no one had even taken a look at it.

This is the worst dealership I've ever taken a vehicle
This is the worst dealership I've ever taken a vehicle to. They are horrible about keeping you informed. They had my truck for a month and nothing was done. I left several messages and crickets. After a month I got a message that they still hadn't looked at the truck and the technician would hopefully look at it that day. I said forget it I'm picking up my truck today. Unbelievable!

They will hound you for 2 weeks for a review.
They will hound you for 2 weeks for a review. Therefore, they get a review they earned insted of the review they want. Plus trying to charge $600 to fix a single tire pressure monitor is ridiculous. Other places quoted me $50.

Upon arrival to test drive an Acadia- we were greeted by everyone and offered assistance. We had already been working with Bob Iaconi, so that?s whom we were there to see. Bob was THE most amazing guy to work with! He was so funny, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! It seems the entire team bent over backwards to get us going in our beautiful new Acadia Denali (just in time to make a dinner date with our friends!) The entire experience was hands down the best one I?ve had at any dealership. We appreciated the ?cut to the chase? approach, so we weren?t there for 12 hours. I?ll definitely recommend to all my friends to check them out!
