Excruciatingly painful

I found a vehicle I wanted with an AutoNation Dealership in Las Vegas, NV. They don't haggle, and if the vehicle doesn't sell they send it to another dealer and raise the price. I spoke to multiple staff at the Las Vegas dealer, including the General manager who was rude. Sure enough, the price increased by $1,500 and after 2 weeks dropped $1,000, close to my target and I made an offer. Being in another state I had a friend check out this vehicle when it was at the first dealer and met my needs. The second dealership to possess this vehicle can only do so much, their hands are tied due to corporate policies. While the salesperson did everything possible to help as did the finance department the documentation process took forever and I couldn't arrange for delivery until the vehicle was paid for and they don't use DocuSign. Days turned into weeks! I finally flew to the area and they picked me up so I could finish the documentation there in 15 minutes and left! I was required to provide Insurance and agree to a 3rd party to process the documentation and I'm still waiting for them to complete the transaction! As a resident of another state I have 20 days to register an out-of-state vehicle, and because their registration processor didn't contact me and the dealer didn't provide timelines I went to my DMV to take matters into my own hands SO would not be penalized. Who knows when I may get a license plate or my title! While doing business with any AutoNation dealership may be alright if you live close by, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them if you are not close to them or in another state as they are ill-equipped to process documentation quickly and efficiently.

The salesperson Melissa was GREAT.

The salesperson Melissa was GREAT. Very knowledgeable and so nice to work with. I know that's their job but she was above and beyond anyone I've ever dealt with.

Melissa was great to work with and all others were friendly. I was less than happy to find the extended warranty and service warranty are offered through auto nation dealers. The closest for me is 400 miles away. Full disclosure from the finance manager Derek would have been nice, I would have kept my money on those. They all knew I was out of state. Love the truck, dealer could explain their in house warranty stuff better.

2019 Jeep Renegade is FUN!!

We have both purchased and sold 2 of our cars to Auto nation Buick and found it to be a truly honest and respectable car dealer to do business with. The sales manager David is truly a great guy and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Highly recommended with all the dishonest car dealers in Las Vegas including Tobin KIA !!!
