Very friendly from management, finance, salesman, to receptionist every part of the purchase was easy and convenient. We even were provided lunch at the restaurant on site.

Ask for Alex. Wonderful person to work with on inquiring about a vehicle. No hounding, No pressure, just good patience. The Ladies at the entrance/front desk, was grrreat!!!

We had one car in mind before coming to the dealership. Frank had it pulled up and ready for us by the time we arrived. He is very transparent regarding pricing, and gave our family a more than fair deal. I would recommend my friends and family to him, and would work with him again in the future myself.

Can never get the person or department you need to speak with ever. Ridiculous hold times. Only important as a customer until they get their money and then you mean nothing to them. They view people as numbers and quotas to make and that is it. There are several other Ford dealerships in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. I would suggest working with one of them and not Ford Country.

We were going to buy our granddaughter a car. We went to car fax. The sales person was so rude. Take it or leave it attitude. We left and drove by Ford country seen a vehicle she liked. Sales man frank Luciano came right to us. We're so Glade we decided to leave car fax. Frank took SUPER GOOD care of us. Treated us like we were family. was a pleasure buying from ford country.
