We were going to buy our granddaughter a car. We went to car fax. The sales person was so rude. Take it or leave it attitude. We left and drove by Ford country seen a vehicle she liked. Sales man frank Luciano came right to us. We're so Glade we decided to leave car fax. Frank took SUPER GOOD care of us. Treated us like we were family. was a pleasure buying from ford country. Frank was great! Me and my wife liked him. He was very informative, respectful and being from Chicago he’s definitely a stand-up guy. We got to know him and we can tell he's a great father. We appreciated his help working diligently to get us a deal so we can drive home in our new Ranger Raptor!
