HE WAS AMAZING.!!! I couldn't seem to get a vehicle anywhere else and man when I say he came through and made it happen and the process was faster than I expected. He also came in on his day off and ensured I was squared away. This was the vehicle I wanted and I cant be happier. I am referring him to anyone that wants someone to actually care and wants to get you in a Great vehicle for a great price. then Eric is who you need to go to. Ford Country is the absolute best :)

Misleading Special Financing Services Cost Me $2,000 Out of Pocket I am posting this review to urge extreme caution to anyone considering Ford Country for their advertised bankruptcy assistance or special financing services. I initially worked with a sales representative who assured me they specialized in bankruptcy transactions. They instructed me to obtain a court order from my bankruptcy trustee authorizing new debt, which I willingly did at an out-of-pocket legal cost of $2,000. During the weeks leading up to my court hearing, I repeatedly asked the sales representative for an updated sales sheet to present accurate figures to the court, but they completely failed to provide it. After successfully securing the order, I discovered that the vehicle originally quoted to me had been sold. To compound the issue, none of their remaining inventory fell within the budget approved by the court. Even after I offered to request a higher debt ceiling from the trustee to accommodate their available vehicles, the dealership simply told me the offer was expired and there was nothing they could do. Their severe lack of follow-through and failure to update simple paperwork directly caused me a non-refundable $2,000 loss. If you are dealing with specialized financing here, get every promise in writing immediately and be aware that their internal delays can be very costly

Awesome dealership , awesome cars, My salesperson (Eric Grant) was vers easy to work with. He wasn't pushy as some salesman go, but rather calm and , very business like! The vehicle I wanted was readily available, therefore everything went very well! Thanks to Eric and the crew at Ford Country!

He was literally phenomenal and went above and beyond for us!! We pulled off a surprise 16th bday and he made it all happen for us! From faking like we weren’t getting that car, to sneaking for the down payment w out her seeing, to pretending they sold the one she wanted and then adding the sweet 16 bow on top and balloons for her surprise car! We are so thankful for him and love the car. He also showed us every single bell and whistle on that car which I feel you never get nowadays. So 10 outta 10 for him! We love him and love our car
