Mark the fleet guy worst customer service ever and lies, Scott the guy behind him all bad guy claims to be a manager but when it’s time to manage and show customers service he is far form it, stay away form there service department these two guys seem to think they know it all, and if you disagree with what they say all they have no problem to treat you like you don’t matter.

Pure lies catch you wasting your time and they don't even call you to tell you that they didn't approve you, you have to call them because you are no longer important if you don't have good credit, don't waste your time and the little credit that all the dealerships have. of cars are the same and especially if you act I deal with Latinos as one is the worst really.....----puras mentiras te asen perder el tiempo y ni siquiera te llaman para decirte que no te aprobaron tu tienes que llamarlos a ellos porque tu ya no eres importante si no tienes buen crédito no vallas a perder tu tiempo y el poco crédito que tienes todos lo concesionarios de carros son iguales y sobre todo si ases trato con latinos como uno es lo peor de verdad

I made an appointment several days ago for service today. I showed up on time and the service writer said it will be 2-3 days before they can look at my vehicle. This makes having an appointment a complete joke. We left and are not returning.

While that protocol ensures that you always have the next vehicle available, to service, do you realize how non-customer friendly it is? You expect the customer to make one trip to drop off the car, wait 2-3 for an evaluation and then have the service. That is being without your car for 3-4 days instead of one? I have never experienced this with a dealer and no phone call is necessary.

This dealership corrected a mistake on sales price and worked everything out for me which I am grateful. I would reccomend them to anyone. All of the support employees are great to work with as well.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Truck in April 2021, it is now...
I bought a 2017 Nissan Truck in April 2021, it is now August 16th. I have never received the title. I called DMV Carson city. they told me it has never been received. Fairway Chevy will not return my calls. My Lien Holder is very upset, I have received tickets for no plates or registration. But have paid for the title transfer. This is the worst service I have ever received from any dealership.

AWFUL!!!
My experience with Fairway Chevrolet is what I believe to be borderline fraud. I sold my truck to Fairway 30 days ago and still have not been paid for my vehicle. I was initially told it would take two weeks. I was asked to wait a third week which wasn't a problem for me because thank god I'm not in desperate need of the money as many Americans are with all of the havoc COVID has created. It is now 30 days later which is a problem at this point as I put a deposit down on another vehicle and have not lived up to my time sensitive obligations with the seller. Today I was lied to and treated as if I was a villain for coming in and requesting my money that is clearly with no uncertain terms owed to me. I offered to pay them by cash, cashiers check or bank wire the small amount of funds they paid to pay off my vehicle and to just return my vehicle with a no harm, no foul mindset. To which I was told "We'll sell you your vehicle back" You can't sell me a vehicle that you never fully paid me for in the first place. I googled my VIN Number and saw traces of the for sale listing of my Truck, it appears they have actually sold it, again I am not 100% sure if they have but I do not see it on their lot nor on their website, only what appears to be an outdated listing for it on Google linking me to their website. At this point I have no idea when they will pay me, where my truck is and don't know where the 18,000.00 dollars that is owed to me is. This is the type of dealership this is. Up until this point my experiences have been very pleasant, if you are in need of a car or truck Jose Sandoval is the guy to see. He will do his best to get you in what you want and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! If you need your vehicle serviced, Brandon Paquin in the service department is a very honest and reliable service agent who gives straight answers to your questions and gets the job done in a timely manner. If you are looking to sell your vehicle it is my recommendation that you save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else, AS IN ANYWHERE ELSE! This is my true experience and not a representation of anyone else's experience.

At one time they had a good service dept but not anymore....
At one time they had a good service dept but not anymore. We went there because of what we heard but what a lie. We had a 11:00. Appointment and 3 hours latter they’ve not touch the vehicle. Terrible service and don’t yank your Chevy gmc or any vehicle for service. I spoke with other customers and they stated the same. Never agsin
