I recently bought a used truck from Findlay Cadillac. My sales rep Dylan did the one thing that needed to be done, when attempting to sell me a car. He listened. He heard all that I said, concerning my research into the truck, my pre-qualification, my knowledge of my credit (excellent) and the price of the truck to include all fees. I then explained what I needed to get me to buy the truck. A much lower rate, and a high trade value for my car. After a few hours to include the test drive, I left with my truck. I got all that I wanted and more! The price was very fair, my interest was 4% lower than my pre-qualification rate, my trade was high bluebook, and the price of the truck stayed the same, no creative pricing

So needless to say, I am a difficult customer, and when I went into Findlay Cadillac, I was treated very professionally and with great customer service, Mr. Derrick and Mr. Bruce both have great sense of humors, they are personal and as much as I demanded, they worked very well with me. If you are looking to shop for a car, check out their inventory, even if Cadillac isn't the car you want, look through their inventory, the experience alone with working with them was WONDERFUL...thank you so much I now own my second Escalade, and I am happy...the only request they couldn't do was making the car payments for me!!! ha ha ha but you best believe I ASKED!

Service agent was excellent. Same issue 3 times but they did everything to fix it and finally did. Loaner car and follow up great.
