Mladen is great. I came back to Ford because I trusted him and once again he did not disappointment. I'll be back when I'm ready for my next Ford as long as he is still around.

Great dealer and salesperson EXCEPT did not honor Price Protection. My 2021 Mach-E flipped to a 2022 on 10/1. Ford kicked in $750 to make up for the price difference at that time. Price Protection applied to cars ordered prior to 12/8. Well Gaudin said the 2022 was invoiced on 1/3/22, not in October when Ford flipped me to a 2022. This makes no sense since 1/3/22 was the *build* week. Vehicle should have been invoiced in October when the flip took place. So, I am out the $1000 price increase that took place after 12/7 unless Gaudin straightens this out. Tried to see the General Manager but he/she is never there.
