Lenny Duval was our sales rep. We came in to talk about options for trading up our Ford Ranger without really expecting to make a purchase. He immediately went to work evaluating our trade and showing us options on the lot that met our requirements for a new vehicle. He continued to work on making sure our purchase went smoothly and we were comfortable and happy with our decision. Tony in the Finance group handled our paperwork making it simple and quick while at the same time continuing to look for ways to save us money and provide service agreements tailored to our needs. We've purchased several cars/trucks thru Gaudin and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle in the Las Vegas Market. Jacob Reeve was our salesman and he was such a breath of fresh air from the normal salesperson. He listened and helped me look for something after I was disappointed with my first pick. What he showed us exceeded our expectations for a salesperson and a dealership. I hope Jacob stays with Gaudin for awhile I plan on buying all my vehicles from him.

We are happy with the truck. The process was abit long and aggravating. We have always bought our Fords from the small town we live in in Illinois. Hour and half tops we are in and out. This took hours. Will go home to buy the next one.

The dealership location was so nice.Excellent for selling cars. Easy accessible, near to freeway, I like it . The people there are very friendly. Customer service is great. Except in the finance department. Overall rating… almost excellent.

With his guidance we were able to move along nicely as George had the answers I needed, as well as pertinent info I didn't know existed! All in all, from reception to the driver's seat a rewarding experience.
