The dealership was clean and all workers were very professional. Moses was very knowledgeable and good at multitasking because he was helping several customers at one time. I did feel rushed with my transaction and promises of an after purchase explanation of vehicle operation and features did not happen. Compliments were given about how 'smart' I was and I was left to drive off in my new vehicle while Moses attended to his next customer. I am very pleased with my new vehicle, though, and would return for my next purchase.

The sales rep.of Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas are such wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. We had an appointment with Jacob Reeve . We were shown the car by one of their sales rep. Stefan and drove us with the car red mustang that my husband liked. Then Jacob took over after the drive in with the car and set up the apps the Ford Pass and since my husband is still hesitant to drive the new car, we asked Jacob to drive us home with the new red Mustang. my husband's dream car. I was so happy he did. I'd like to thank Jacob, Stefan and Devon for all the work they did. The three of you are an asset to Gaudin Ford. Thank you for making my husband's dream come true. Hope you have more sales to come.

No Transparency in lightning reservation process. They...
No Transparency in lightning reservation process. They chose to bump my very early reservation for to prioritize their friends, family and those with deep pockets instead of first come first serve, Being I have been a great customer of theirs over the last 4 years, they would have kept my place in line intact. Very disappointed Ford would even allow the Dealers to have this power
