It’s a big dealership and the sales people are keen to make a sale but problems with the car aren’t pointed out follow up doesn’t exist after the sale. We bought a car for cash over a month ago and are still waiting for the title so can’t register the car. Called our salesperson many times and never got a straight answer from him. 30 calls later finally got someone in the office who promised to mail it out and send me the tracking information, that was a week ago, still waiting for my title and the tracking info! Will not buy there again.

My bad experience was related to vehicle cost. Website listed sale price of $53k and when I arrived at the dealership they marked up the car to $73k. I viewed this as false advertising.
